Chartier Specialty Sweets is owned and operated by Cindy Eberth, who originally hails from Montreal. For many years, she baked specialty cakes and desserts for family and friends using secret family recipes handed down to her. Cindy turned her passion into a business and launched her fully licensed bakery in Calgary in 2016. Trained in numerous advanced baking and decoration techniques, as well as vegan and gluten-free baking, Cindy works out of a professional kitchen in south Calgary. She loves to delight her clientele and works hard to make sure every cake and dessert tastes just as good as it looks.
